As part of National Bike Week 2016, a free Bike Talk on “Training & Nutrition for Medium to Long Distance Cycling” will be held Monday, 13th June, at 7:30pm in The Ashe Hotel, Tralee.
This talk will be co-hosted by Joe O’ Connor, Fitness Consultant and Paul Griffin, Former Irish, International & Professional Cyclist.
Joe works as a fitness consultant to a number of individual athletes, teams and organisations across a variety of sports at both amateur and professional level as well as featuring on RTE’s Ireland’s Fittest Family as the Fitness & Performance Expert.
Paul a former Irish and International Professional Cyclist. Between 1995 and 2011 Paul represented Ireland over 100 times and turned professional with Giant Asia between 2004 and 2009 and has achieved many highlights during his cycling career.
